Mo’s Bakery

Mo’s is a first of its kind Bakery which makes healthy gourmet cookies. You’ll find that the best culinary tales also have the most humble beginnings. Mo’s is no different. Founder and self-taught cook Mohita Mathur’s tryst with bakery broke ground in her own home kitchen, when she tried her hand at crafting cookies after a particularly inspiring episode of Masterchef Australia. Much to her dismay, the dough didn’t shape up quite as well as she’d imagined. Choosing to march on—dough or no dough—she moulded tiny, bite-sized cookie droplets instead of the traditionally larger ones and collected them all in a little jar, on loan from her sister. And that was only the beginning. The mini cookies, now a Mo’s signature, is just one of the many organic, mouth-watering offerings ready to be shipped across the country, fresh out of the oven. Over the years, we’ve evolved into an authentic bakehouse serving up natural goodies ranging from gourmet petite cookies to crackers, granola and more.
